Our Complaint Policy
We welcome any comments or complaints you may have, and have in place a Complaint Policy to ensure that complaints are handled in an open and honest manner.
With our commitment to providing the highest standard healthcare services in a convenient manner, we aim to make it easy for you to submit a comment or complaint.
If you have a complaint please call our toll free number 800-4959 (02-419 4959) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org at any time. As a patient you have the right to file a complaint either
directly with the Centre, or alternatively with Health Authority – Abu Dhabi through the Abu Dhabi Government Contact Centre toll free number 800 555.
We’re committed to solving all complaints within 14 days, as well as acknowledging all written complaints within three working days. If the nature of the complaint is such that we’re unable to solve it within the 14 day period, we will inform you about the delay. On your request, we will inform you about the actions to be taken based on your complaint.
We fully adhere to Health Authority – Abu Dhabi’s standards for patient rights and responsibilities, and aim to provide you with the reassurance that your complaint will be acted upon promptly and fairly as per our Complaint Policy.
